摘要
运用欧拉-拉格朗日法和CFX中的颗粒运输模型(PTM),对喷雾干燥塔内气固两相流的传热传质过程进行三维数值模拟。进气量、料液流量和进气温度不变,研究雾化盘转速对产品粒径分布、平均粒径、含水率和颗粒平均驻留时间的影响。仿真结果表明,产品平均粒径和含水率随雾化盘转速的升高而减小,颗粒平均停留时间随转速的升高而增加,并根据分子筛产品要求确定合理的转速范围为9 200 r·min-1~9 600 r·min-1,对喷雾干燥塔的工艺参数调整提供了指导。
The Euler-Lagrange method and particle transport model(PTM)in CFX are used to simulate the heat and mass transfer of gas-solid two-phase flow in a spray drying tower.Keeping air intake rate,feed rate and inlet air temperature unchanged,the effects of the atomization disk speed on product particle size distribution,average particle size,moisture content and the average residence time of the particles are studied in this paper.
