摘要
结合钢渣公司脱硫渣粒铁回收工艺,分析该工艺下程序设计思路。着重对粒铁回收3条生产线的多区域设备模块化交叉控制进行程序设计,结合西门子强大的软硬件基础,实现对脱硫渣的磁性及粒度进行加工并分级的生产,对整个脱硫渣粒铁回收过程的自动控制和管理。
Combined with the iron recovery process of slag granulated slag in steel slag company,the idea of program design under this process is analyzed in this paper.The program design of multi regional equipment module focuses on 3 production lines for grain iron recovery of cross control,the combination of software and hardware based SIEMENS's powerful,magnetic and particle size on the desulfurization slag processing and grading production,automatic control and the desulfurization slag particles of iron recovery process management.
