宫腔镜下行电切除术与钳夹术治疗子宫内膜息肉不孕症80例的有效性比较 被引量:42

摘要 目的分析比较宫腔镜下行电切除术与钳夹术治疗子宫内膜息肉(EP)不孕症80例的有效性。方法选取2015年7月至2016年7月在该院治疗的80例EP不孕症患者临床资料,按不同术式分两组,每组40例,对照组宫腔镜下行钳夹术,观察组宫腔镜下行电切除术,比较组间手术指标、月经量及子宫内膜厚度等。结果观察组术后3个月的月经量(187.52±20.21)mL、子宫内膜厚度(6.52±1.03)mm均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种术式均能提高EP不孕症患者妊娠率,但宫腔镜电切除术能有效减少患者子宫内膜厚度,改善月经,且术后复发率低,效果更佳。
