摘要 本研究以粉煤灰及发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)颗粒等工业废弃物为主要添加物,以通用的水泥为主要原料,制备出粉煤灰EPS混凝土。通过设计正交试验,研究不同配比下混凝土试件的保温隔热性能,得出粉煤灰EPS混凝土试块的最优配合比。结果分析表明,该粉煤灰EPS混凝土具有容重小、保温隔热性能优异等显著优势,是一种绿色环保型混凝土。 In this study,fly ash and foamed polystyrene(EPS)particles are used as the main additives,and the main raw materials are the general cement,to prepare the fly ash EPS concrete.Through orthogonal test design,the thermal insulation performance of concrete specimens under different proportions is studied,and the optimum mix proportion of fly ash EPS concrete blocks is obtained.The results show that the fly ash EPS concrete has obvious advantages such as small bulk density,excellent thermal insulation performance,and so on.It is a green environmental friendly concrete.
