摘要
新型干法过程具有多变量祸合、时变、非线性特点,在水泥生产过程中容易受到进料的粒度、化学成分、回转窑窑皮脱落以及游离石灰的干扰。本文分析了常规控制策略及存在的控制难点,根据新型干法过程的工艺特点提出粉磨过程和回转窑生产过程的优化策略。
The new dry process is characterized by multiple variables,time-varying and non-linearity.It is susceptible to feed particle size,chemical composition,shedding of rotary kiln skin,and free lime during cement production.This paper analyzes the conventional control strategy and the existing control difficulties.Based on the process characteristics of the new dry process,the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of grinding process and rotary kiln production process.
