摘要
通过对国内常用的地铁预应力混凝土长轨枕钢模型的结构分析,结合郑州地铁2号线的技术要求和公司多年来生产普通预应力轨枕和高速岔枕的成功经验,研制成功并应用了新的钢模结构、气囊式横孔成孔器、橡胶复合铁挡板等工艺配件,解决了地铁长枕尺寸精度差、横孔周围和端部蜂窝麻面严重的现象,使地铁长枕尺寸精度和外观上都了一个档次,顺利通过了铁总质检中心的型式试验和业主的进场验收。
Based on the structural analysis of the steel model of prestressed concrete long sleeper used in China,combined with the technical requirements of Zhengzhou Metro Line 2 and the successful experience of producing common prestressed sleeper and high speed switch pillow in Zhengzhou Metro Line 2,new steel die structure,air bag hole forming device,rubber compound iron baffle and other technological accessories have been successfully developed and applied to solve the problem of poor dimensional accuracy of long pillow in subway,and serious phenomenon of honeycomb hemp face around and at the end of horizontal hole.The size accuracy and appearance of the long pillow of the subway are all of the same grade,and the type test of the iron quality inspection center and the incoming acceptance of the owner have been successfully passed.
