严寒地区新型生态大棚保温气囊膜结构研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过参考不同的常用大棚膜膜材料各类参数,对比材料透光率、使用寿命、材料特点等因素,选用最适宜于作为严寒地区生态大棚气囊膜使用的膜材料,为EVA胶膜。创新性提出多种保温膜结构,并以矩形气囊膜为例,通过物理模型计算与分析传热性能解释其保温优势,分析得出双层气囊膜其性价比更高。最后,根据生态大棚所需膜面积计算出新型气囊膜造价,得出一个5m×20m的生态大棚,铺设双层腔室新型棚膜性价比更高,所需费用约为1100元。并论证大棚结构的合理性与使用气囊膜的可行性。 By referring to the different parameters of the membrane materials,comparing with the material transmittance,service life,material characteristics and other factors,the most suitable membrane material for the ecological greenhouse air bag membrane in severe cold area is EVA film.A variety of thermal insulation membrane structures are innovatively put forward.Taking rectangular airbag membrane as an example,the heat transfer performance of the membrane is calculated and analyzed to explain its thermal insulation advantage,and it is concluded that the double-layer air bag membrane has a higher performance-price ratio.Finally,according to the required membrane area of the ecological greenhouse,the cost of the new air bag membrane is calculated,and a 5m×20m ecological shed is obtained.The new type of shed with double chamber has a higher performance-price ratio,and the cost is about the following 1100 yuan.The rationality of greenhouse structure and the feasibility of using airbag membrane are also demonstrated.
