基于吸收式制冷原理的吸油烟空调机研究

Study on range hood-air conditioner based on absorption refrigeration principle

为了夏天做饭时为厨房提供冷气,来调节厨房的温度,以及充分利用高温油烟的热能和空调内机产生的水等资源,而将吸油烟机和吸收式空调机有机结合,提出了吸油烟空调机的概念,并对其基本的工作原理进行了研究与验证;其主要结构由蒸发器、吸收器、低温热交换器、蒸汽凝水换热器、高温热交换器、高压发生器、低压发生器、冷凝器、空调内机与吸油烟机等组成。将高温油烟的热能作为吸收式空调机的输入能源,并将空调内机产生的水作为吸收式空调机的冷却水,以达到节能减排的目的。

In order to provide air conditioning to adjust the temperature of the kitchen when cooking in the kitchen in summer,and make full use of the heat of high temperature lampblack and the water produced by air conditioning.And then combining the range hood with absorption air conditioner,putting forward the concept of range hoodair conditioner which working principle is studied and verified.The main structure consists of evaporator,absorber,low temperature heat exchanger,steam condensate water heat exchanger,heat exchanger,high pressure generator,low pressure generator,condenser,air conditioner and range hood etc.The heat energy of high temperature lampblack is used as the input energy of the absorption air conditioner,and the water produced by the air-conditioner is condensed to form the cooling water of the absorption air conditioner,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
