基于E-RMP视角的生态旅游规划提升研究——以福建3个县的生态旅游规划为例 被引量:12

摘要 提出将生态理念与RMP分析理论相结合的E-RMP视角,以福建省尤溪县、长泰县、连城县的生态旅游规划为例,从生态、资源、市场、产品的角度,对县域生态旅游规划进行分析。结果表明:尤溪县、长泰县和连城县的生态旅游规划在资源分类方面、市场需求方面和产品定位方面均存在较多的不足之处,主要表现为理论依据薄弱、市场挖掘不充分、重点项目操作性差等;结合生态理念的E-RMP视角在分析生态旅游规划方面具有一定的适用性和科学性。建议以游客生态体验的角度提出规划编制单位,应注重资源的生态和空间特征评价、增强客源市场的绿色需求分析、提高产品的形象和功能设计。 ⑴Background--Ecotourism is an effective means to promote the development of forestry economy,the integration of rural and tertiary industries,and the construction of an ecologically civilized society.There are few studies on ecotourism planning,especially the macroscopic planning of certain regions has not been explored.Therefore,from the perspective of ecological concepts,the counties are selected for analysis,combined with several working experiences in the preparation of ecotourism plans,and the existing deficiencies in the process of ecotourism planning are summarized in order to provide new ideas for ecotourism planning theory and to guide the better development of planning.⑵Methods--Based on the combination of the ecological concept and the RMP theory,the E-RMP model was proposed to analyze the ecological planning texts of Youxi County,Liancheng County,and Changtai County.E represents the concept of ecology,and highlights the“eco”as the core attraction of tourism;R represents the resources,which is a reasonable plan for the evaluation of planned tourism resources and concerns about the transformation of tourism products according to the needs of tourists;M stands for market,which focuses on the selection of target Market and grasping consumers demand preference in the planning;P stands for product,which is the position and design of planned tourism product after RM analysis.Finally,according to the analysis results of RMP,suggestions to the ecotourism planning promotion were put forward.⑶Results--Based on the E-RMP theory,the ecotourism planning of Youxi,Changtai and Liancheng counties was taken as an example to analyze the deficiencies of the current ecotourism plan.Through the three levels of resources,markets,and products,this paper finds that there are some problems in the plan:①In terms of resources,there are some problems,such as insufficient resource classification science,forced classification,unquantifiable evaluation resources,and insufficient evaluation of spatial characteristics;②In terms of market,the demand of tourists has not been fully studied,the market positioning method is still relatively traditional,and the forecasting index of market development is too simple;③In the product planning,the overall image of ecotourism products is positioned without considering the balance between product functions and characteristics.Some of the slogans are lacking in ecology,the layout is relatively flat,and key projects have the problems of poor operation and similar positioning between projects.⑷Conclusions and Discussions--E-RMP has certain innovation and can be combined with ecotourism resources,market and product uniqueness to conduct more reasonable analysis.To a certain extent,it improves the scientific,operational and forward-looking content of ecotourism planning.It is good to avoid the problem that the ecotourism planning lacks the grasp of resources,the market is not fully explored,and the product design is unreasonable.In view of the deficiencies in the three levels of planning,from the perspective of tourism experience and the ecological perspective,we put forward suggestions as improving measures to the planning work from three aspects:the needs and spatial characteristics of resource evaluation,the characteristics and scale of tourist market,the image design and functional zoning of products.The conclusion is a continuation of previous research.Due to the limitations of research work and data acquisition,there are still some areas for improvement.In the future,a more comprehensive study will be conducted on Fujian Province and a more in-depth analysis of the ecotourism planning will be conducted.
