学习共同体五大“共享”,提升教研活动有效性——以“百变魔尺”教研活动为例 被引量:2

摘要 园本教研是提高幼儿园保教质量、提升教师专业水平、促进幼儿有益发展的重要途径。文章以福建省三明市第二实验幼儿园开展“百变魔尺”教研活动为例,谈谈如何通过教师学习共同体的五大“共享”,提高教师参与园本教研的积极性、发挥他们的自主性,进而增强园本教研的有效性。
