A Research Review on the Reform of the National Supervision System

国家监察体制改革作为一项事关全局的党内监督体制改革,具有重大的理论意义和现实意义,是中国共产党勇于自我革命的生动体现。2016年以来,国家监察体制改革成为学术界研究的焦点问题。专家学者主要围绕改革的逻辑起点、基本原则、实践特征和实践方向四个方面,集中研究了改革所处的外部环境、面临的挑战及应对的措施,取得了大量成果。同时,当前的研究中仍存在一些薄弱环节,需要从文化角度、多学科角度、基础理论等方面完善对国家监察体制改革的研究。

The reform of national supervision system,as a whole party supervision system reform,is of great theoretical and practical significance,and is the vivid embodiment of the Communist Party of China′s courage in the self revolution.Since 2016,the reform of state supervision system has become the focus of academic research.Experts and scholars research mainly the following 4 aspects:the logical starting point,basic principles,practice characteristics and practice directions of the reform,focusing on the external environment,challenges and measures,and having achieved a great deal of accomplishments.At the same time,there are still some gaps in the current research,and it is needed to continue to improve the national supervision system reform from the perspective of cultural self-confidence,theoretical system of Chinese characteristics and multidisciplinary development.
