新时代打造共建共治共享的社会治理格局研究

打造共建共治共享的社会治理格局,是中国特色社会主义社会治理现代化的必然要求,是解决人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题的重要举措。新时代,各地党委、政府高度重视社会治理工作,推行了一系列行之有效的社会治理创新举措,取得了实质性进展。不过,我国社会治理领域仍面临一系列严峻挑战和风险。针对社会治理的系统性、复杂性、全局性和协同性,打造共建共治共享的社会治理格局,需要多方面、多角度综合发力,进一步将制度建设、机制建设切实引入民生各个领域。

To build a social governance pattern of co-building and co-governing and sharing is an inevitable requirement of the modernization of socialist society with Chinese characteristics,and an important measure to solve the most concerned,direct and realistic interests of the people.In the new era,local party committees and governments attach great importance to the work of social governance,have implemented a series of effective measures of social governance innovation,and have made substantial progress.However,China social governance is still facing a series of severe challenges and risks.In view of the systematization,complexity,overall situation and synergy of social governance,it is necessary to build a social governance pattern of co-construction and co-governance and sharing,which requires comprehensive efforts in many aspects and angles to further introduce the system construction and mechanism construction into various fields of people′s livelihood.
