摘要
伴随"大数据"从理念构想进入实践创新阶段,信息产业领域出现了与传统地质勘查产业融合的态势。当前地勘单位有以融入省级平台建设、开发系统内部平台、参与地方政府与央企合作项目和开发"大数据"园区为典型模式的四种实践路径。地勘单位在"大数据"项目建设中存在缺乏协调衔接、运作机制不畅、深度不易把握和开发导向不明确等问题。对策建议:(1)抢抓产业发展机遇;(2)以集约化方式推进项目建设;(3)明确资源投入优先性;(4)切实保障法律主体地位和信息安全。
With the"big data"from the idea conception into the practicing stage,Information industry and traditional geological exploration industry are fusing.Integrating into the provincial platform,developing internal system platform,participating in the local governments and central enterprises cooperation projects,developing"big data"park are the four paths of geological prospecting units participate in the"big data"project construction,and also there are some problems,such as:lack of coordination,not smoothly operation mechanism,difficultly in depth and vaguely development plans.In conclusion,this paper gives four proposals:grasping industrial development opportunities;promoting project construction in an intensive way;clearing resource investment priority;ensuring the legal subject status and information security.
