某型支撑座工装结构优化设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 Z型支撑座工装作为某船厂典型的船用工装设备,在其支撑作业过程中承受较大的船体集中力载荷作用。文章针对该类型工装实际现场使用工况,基于有限元方法对其支撑工装结构型式进行研究分析。通过参数化分析,得到了该类型支撑工装结构尺寸对结构强度的影响,提出并分析了支撑工装结构型式的优化。为类似支撑工装结构设计提供参考。 As the typical ship fix equipment,the Z-type support base fixture bears the large concentrated force load effect of the hull during its support operation.According to the actual usage conditions of the support base fixture,based on the finite element method,the structure type of the support base fixture is studied and analyzed.Through the parametric analysis,the influence of the structural dimension of the type support base structure on the structure strength is gained.The optimization of the structure type of support base fixture is proposed,which offers reference for the similar support base fixture.
