新型复合结构防腐层在沿海大型油罐罐底边缘板的应用

Novel Composite Anticorrosive Layer in Bottom Ledge of Large-Size Oil Tank in Coastal Area

储罐边缘板部位是腐蚀产生的高发部位,主要是由于边缘板本身结构的特殊性和所处的苛刻腐蚀破坏环境,尤其是沿海地区的大型储罐,沉降变形严重,导致一般的防腐层开裂、破坏、失效严重,失去对边缘板的保护。本文介绍了一种新型复合结构防腐层,并从方案设计、材料性能、施工方案优化、施工工艺、后期维护等方面详细介绍了这种新材料首次在北方沿海地区10×104 m^3原油储罐边缘板上的应用情况,对沿海地区大型原油储罐边缘板的保护具有重要指导意义。

The bottom ledge of oil tank is the highly corrosion area due to its special structure and serious corrosive environment.Especially in coastal area,the large-size oil tank might be subject to sedimentation and deformation which result in the crack and failure of anticorrosive film.In this article,a novel composite anticorrosive layer is introduced.In particular,its application in the bottom ledge of oil tank in northern coastal area in terms of construction design,material performance,project optimization,construction process and maintenance,etc.This research is significant for protection of bottom ledge of large-size oil tank in coastal area.
