以SBS、增粘树脂和石油树脂为主要成膜物质,配以重钙、高岭土、滑石粉、钛白粉以增加其强度和耐候性,以及其他溶剂和助剂等制成气雾型底盘装甲,雾化效果好,漆膜在底盘等合金基材上的附着力强,防水防锈蚀,防石击,防震隔音降噪,防托底,隔热省油,提高行车安全,降低维修成本。

An aerosol for chassis armor has been prepared using SBS,tackifying resin and petroleum resin as main film-forming materials,GCC,kaolin,talcum powder,titanium dioxide as fillers in addition to other additives and solvents.The aerosol is characterized by good properties including atomizing effect,high adhesion on alloy substrate,antirust and waterproof performance,vibration resistance,sound insulation and impact resistance,thermal insulation,being conducive for lower fuel consumption,safer driving and lower cost of maintenance.
