摘要
制备了基于丙烯酸树脂为主体,添加了氨基树脂、硅烷偶联剂等制备出的一种在金属素材上可以使用的低温涂料,烘烤温度为80℃~160℃,可有效降低烘烤能耗。该涂料具有良好的附着力及柔韧性,可耐沸水煮8 h,并且具有良好的机械性能。
*A low temperature curable coating for metal substrate is prepared from acrylic resin as matrix in addition to amino resin and silane coupling agent,etc.The coating can be cured quickly at 80-160℃and therefore reduced energy consumption effectively.This coating shows good adhesion,flexibility,boiling water resistance and mechanical properties.
