摘要
介绍了飞机蒙皮表面的预处理(主要是铝合金和复合材料),同时介绍了在涂装过程中各涂层的设计选择和涂装工艺。经过表面处理,再喷涂各类配套功能涂料,涂层不仅具有装饰的效果,对蒙皮表面进行了有效的保护,起到装饰性和功能性的效果。
The pre-treatment for aircraft skin such as aluminum alloy and composite material is introduced.The film design and coating process are also introduced.Various functional coatings are coated on the treated surface to improve the aesthetic appearance and protection performance of the aircraft skin.
