摘要
目的:观察健康教育路径在行改良电抽搐治疗(MECT)的门诊患者家属中的应用效果。方法:选择行MECT治疗的门诊患者家属80名作为观察对象。将其按预约登记时间顺序分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规宣教,观察组在对照组基础上给予健康教育路径。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组干预前后的心理状态进行评估;采用自制问卷调查两组干预前后健康知识知晓情况及护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,健康知识知晓情况及护理满意度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规宣教基础上,健康教育路径可明显改善行MECT治疗的门诊患者家属不良心理状态和提高家属对健康知识的知晓度及护理满意度,其效果优于单纯常规宣教效果。
Objective:To explore application effects of health education pathway in family members of outpatients with modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT).Methods:80 family members of the outpatients treated with MECT were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the registration time.The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group used the health education pathway based on that of the control group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the psychological status of the two groups before and after the intervention.A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the health knowledge and nursing satisfaction before and after the intervention.Results:After the invention,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the health knowledge and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine health education,the health education pathway can significantly improve the adverse psychological status of the family members of the outpatients with MECT treatment,and improve their awareness of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is more effective than single routine health education.
