提高细菌检验标本合格率的有效方法研究

Study on effective methods to improve the qualified rate of bacteria test specimens

目的:探讨提升细菌检验标本合格率的措施及效果。方法:选取各类细菌标本1 360份,按照随机单双号抽签法分为研究组和对照组,每组680份,对照组行常规质量管理,研究组行标准化质量控制。比较两组血液标本、痰液标本、尿液标本、粪便标本、生殖道分泌物标本、创伤组织标本合格率,以及整体合格情况。结果:研究组整体合格率为98.53%(670/680),明显高于对照组的90.29%(614/680)(P<0.05);研究组血液标本、痰液标本、尿液标本、粪便标本、生殖道分泌物标本、创伤组织标本合格率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化质量控制能提升细菌检验标本的整体合格率,同时可显著提升血液标本、痰液标本、尿液标本、粪便标本、生殖道分泌物标本及创伤组织标本的合格率。

Objective:To explore measures to improve the qualified rate of bacterial test specimens and their effects.Methods:A total of 1360 specimens were selected from various types of bacteria,and divided into control group(n=680)and study group(n=680)according to the random lottery method by using odd and even numbers.The control group was given routine quality management,while the study group used the standardized quality control.The qualified rates of blood specimens,sputum specimens,urine specimens,fecal specimens,genital tract secretion specimens,and wound tissue specimens were compared,as well as overall qualifications of the two groups were compared.Results:The overall qualification rate of the study group was 98.53%(670/680),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.29%,614/680)(P<0.05).The qualified rates of blood specimens,sputum specimens,urine specimens,fecal specimens,genital tract secretion specimens,and wound tissue specimens of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The standardized quality control can improve the qualified rate of bacterial test specimens,and also can improve the qualified rates of blood specimens,sputum specimens,urine specimens,fecal specimens,genital tract secretion specimens,and wound tissue specimens significantly.
