基于护理程序的整体护理对肾病综合征患儿的影响观察

Effects observation of holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure on children with nephrotic syndrome

目的:观察基于护理程序的整体护理对肾病综合征(NS)患儿的影响。方法:选取76例NS患儿作为观察对象,按照入院时间先后将其分为对照组和研究组,每组38例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予基于护理程序的整体护理。对比两组住院时间、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:研究组住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上,基于护理程序的整体护理可减少NS患儿的并发症,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To observe effects of holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedures on children with nephrotic syndrome(NS).Methods:76 NS children were selected as observation objects.According to the admission time,they were divided into control group and study group,38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,while the study group was given the holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedures on the basis of that of the control group.The hospitalization time,the incidences of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospitalization time in the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine care,the holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedures can reduce the complications of the children with NS,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
