摘要
微通道换热器具有较强的换热性能,较小的体积等诸多优势,在传统工业制冷、汽车空调、家用空调行业应用前景良好,受到越来越多的重视。针对换热器的使用越来越广泛,本次基于纯电动汽车用全铝微通道平行流换热器设计结构进行研究。研究表明:对微通道换热器结构参数进行优化设计,可有效提高换热器性能。并用试验结果验证了微通道换热器在纯电动汽车空调使用的工况下,系统整体性能大幅提升,保证空调系统高效可靠运行。
Microchannel heat exchangers have advantages of strong heat transfer performance,small volume and so on.They have good application prospects in traditional industrial refrigeration,automotive air conditioners and household air conditioners industries,and are receiving more and more attention.Based on this,we researched the design structure of all-aluminum microchannel parallel flow heat exchangers for pure electric vehicles,and it shows that the optimization of the structural parameters of microchannel heat exchanger can effectively improve the performance of heat exchanger.In the same time,the test results also verifies that the overall performance of pure electric vehicle air conditioner with microchannel heat exchanger is greatly improved,which can ensure the efficient and reliable operation of air conditioning system.
