摘要
车轮轧制过程中辐板拉薄严重影响车轮的成形精度。采用有限元软件Super Form对车轮立式轧制过程进行仿真,分析车轮轧制过程中辐板拉薄现象,基于金属流动体积理论,计算辐板延展所需体积量。结果表明:辐板拉薄的主要是由轮辋流向辐板的体积量不足以补充辐板延展所需的体积增量所致;辐板拉薄现象主要发生在轧制中期每圈中轧边辊变形区至主辊变形之间的1/4圈内;辐板的减薄程度随轧制扩径速度和轮辋内径增加而增大,随辐板辊侧压入量增加而减小。
The forming precision of railway wheel is affected seriously by the phenomenon of web thinning during its rolling process.The wheel web thinning was analyzed based on simulation by using finite element software SuperForm.The metal volume flow due to the web extension during wheel rolling was calculated based on the theoretical of metal flow.The result shows that the fundamental cause of the web thinning during wheel rolling is that metal volume of flow from the rim to the web cannot supplement the required volume increase caused by the web length extension;The web thinning mainly takes place in the 1/4 round from the edging roll deformation region to the main roll deformation region of every rounds in the mid-term rolling process;The web thinning amount increases with increasing of the rim expansion rate and the inner diameter of the rim,and increases with the decreasing of radial reduction to the rim at the web roll side.
