在日印度女性问题研究

A Study on Indian Women in Japan

1991年经济自由化以后,以IT技术者身份去日本工作交流的印度人不断增多。同时,以家族滞在签证的印度女性也不断增多。通过对在日印度女性异文化适应的分析,发现她们在价值观、思维方式、社会认知、整体实力、异文化适应等方面和在日华人女性存在较大差异。客观地分析了她们在日生活工作中面临的问题,促进了在日外国人和印度人研究和移民研究。

The number of Indians who are engaged in work exchange in Japan has been on the rise since the economic liberalization in 1991.Meanwhile,the number of Indian women who bear dependent visas and live in Japan has also been on the rise.An analysis on the culture adaption of Indian women in Japan reveals that they differ rather greatly from Chinese women in Japan in values,way of thinking,social cognition,overall strength and ability to adapt to an exotic culture.This paper objectively analyzes the problems they are confronted with in their daily life in Japan so as to provide the study of foreigners and Indians in Japan as well as the study of immigration with insightful ideas.
