处州府行春门初考

An Archaeological and Textual Study on Xingchun Gate of Ancient Chuzhou Prefecture

2010年浙江省文物考古研究所、丽水市博物馆以及丽水市文物保护管理所对丽水处州府古城墙行春门遗址进行了考古发掘清理工作,发现了墙砖、柱础、石弹以及瓷片等文物。通过考古发掘并结合文献《处州府志》等认为行春门修筑时间应在元至元年间,这一结论改变了部分学者认为元代中期以前蒙元统治者较少对原汉人统治者区域内进行筑城或修补墙这一论点。讨论了行春门命名的意义以及作为古代文化符号的处州府城墙在军事、防洪、交通以及"辨方正俗、度地居民"等方面的历史功用。

In 2010,the Xingchunmen Gate of ancient Chuzhou prefecture in the present day Lishui city of Zhejiang Province was excavated by the Zhejiang Heritage Institute,Lishui Museum and Lishui Heritage Protective Institute.The masonry,stone base of the polar,stone ball and debris of the ceramic wall were uncovered.Based on the archaeological discovery and historical documents,a new conclusion is reached that the Xingchunmen Gate was built during the Yuan dynasty,which modifies the traditional viewpoint that the Yuan governor seldom built or repaired city walls in cities to the south of the Yangtze River before the midYuan Dynasty.The meanings of the Gate>naming and its functions in military and flood defense,traffic,social life in history is also discussed in the paper.
