曲普瑞林延长给药间隔的研究

Study on prolonged administration interval of triptorelin for post-operative endometriosis

目的 评估延长曲普瑞林给药间隔的可行性。方法 对89例3~4期子宫内膜异位症患者术后使用曲普瑞林治疗,观察组每5周肌内注射曲普瑞林3.75 mg,对照组按常规每4周肌内注射曲普瑞林3.75 mg。结果 给药期间,两组雌激素水平差异无统计学意义;观察组给药至月经恢复时长(234.0±17.1)d,对照组(209.0±13.6)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 曲普瑞林延长1周给药能保持雌激素在“治疗窗”更长时间。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of prolonged administration interval of triptorelin for post-operative endometriosis.Methods 89 women with stage 3-4 endometriosis were randomly assigned to a study group(42 cases)and a control group(47 cases).The observation group were intramuscularly injected 3.75 mg triptorelin every 5 weeks after operation,and the control group every 4 weeks.Results During the treatment,there was no statistical difference in estrogen level between these two groups.The menstruation recovery time was(234.0±17.1)days in study group,and was(209.0±13.6)days in control group.Conclusions The injection of triptorelin every 5 weeks after operation for patients with stage 3-4 endometriosis is feasible.
