我国竞技体操项目优化发展的管理方略研究

Study on Management Strategy of Optimized Development of Artistic Gymnastics: Chinese Progress, Existing Problems and Future Path

运用文献资料调研、比较分析、专家访谈等方法,梳理已有关于竞技体操发展的主要理论观点,结合美国竞技体操项目发展的主要模式及经验,探讨了我国竞技体操项目发展存在的主要问题及发展思路。研究认为,依托于我国独特的竞技体育管理体制和运行方式,竞技体操项目创造过优异的成绩;但面对世界竞技体操版图变化及挑战,我国竞技体操项目必须进行改革以便在体育强国建设中有更大贡献。我国竞技体操项目发展面临着可持续性不足、体操文化的发展尚未达到现实需求、竞技体操项目的价值基座有待夯实、权力格局变迁下的话语权缺失等困境。美国竞技体操的发展主要依托市场和社会,经过与我国竞技体操发展实际的对比思考,提出发展路径:转变竞技体操发展观念,切实做好体操普及与推广工作,积极培育体操社会组织,争取体操发展的国际话语权,让奥运精神回归竞技体操价值本位。

By using the methods of literature review,con^arative study,investigation and expert interview,Ihis paper analyzed liie main liieoretical views and propositions on the development of artistic gymnastics in China,and discussed existing problems of Chinese artistic gymnastics and proposed future path and suggestions based on mode and experiences of United States.The result shows that relying on the unique competitive sports management system and operation mode,the artistic gymnastics has created outstanding achievements.According to the changes and situation of the world artistic gymnastics,Chinese artistic gymnastics must reform so as to make greater contribution in the future.In the new era,the development of artistic gymnastics in China is feeing predicaments of:low development sustainability,the development of gymnastics culture has not yet to reach real demand;unconsolidated basic value of development;lack of voice in worldwide decision-maldng.The development of the artistic gymnastics in United States mainly relies on the market and society.Through the actual contrast with our artistic gymnastics development,tiie following specific development path is put forward:changing the concept of artistic gymnastics development,keep the popularization and promotion of gymnastics,actively cultivate gymnastics social organization,strive for the development of gymnastics international voice,let the Olympic spirit return to artistic gymnastics.
