摘要
综合运用内容分析法与词频分析法,梳理统计我国30个国家级教师教学发展示范中心在"核心使命、机构设置、功能定位、科室设置与人员配备、评价方式"五个方面,提出教师发展中心在开展教师质量评价时,应当设立独立直属机构,建立专业化人员队伍,转变质量评价理念,倡导多元化评价模式,全面促进教师专业发展。
This paper analyzed the current situation of teaching quality evaluation in 30 national centers for teaching excellence in China,integrated used the method of content analysis and frequency analysis,statisticed the five aspects of the national centers for teaching excellence,which is the core mission,institutional settings,functional positioning,department settings and staffing and the way of evaluation.Proposed that the center of faculty development in carrying out the evaluation of the teaching quality,it shall set up an independent agency,the establishment of specialized staff,changing the concept of quality evaluation and promote diversified evaluation mode,to promote the professional development of faculty.
