摘要
医学人文教育的缺失和医学生人文精神的匮乏已经成为医学教育领域不得不面临的困境和问题。华山医院教育处经过数十年的探索与实践,对于进入该院培养和学习的医学生进行针对性的医学人文教育,逐渐形成一套有效的医学人文教育体系,即"爱"的三步曲:第一步从各个层面进行丰富人文知识储备,使他们深刻感知"爱",第二步努力营造合力育人氛围,唤醒他们身上本已存在的沉睡的"爱",第三步搭建人文实践平台,给他们提供传递"爱"的渠道。
The lack of medical humanistic education and the barrenness of humanistic spirit on medical students have become the plight and predicament which medical education is inevitably confronted with.Due to the fact that great importance has been attached to the humanistic education of medical students trained and cultivated here,the Education Department of Huashan Hospital,after decades of exploration and practice,has gradually developed an effective medical humanistic education system,namely,trilogy of love.The first step focuses on enriching the humanistic knowledge in every aspect,facilitating students’deep perception of love;The second step concentrates on creating a harmonious atmosphere to educate students in a concerted effort,awakening their existing but silent love;The third step intends to build up the humanistic practice terrace,providing students’with channels to transmit love.
