摘要
目的评价以转化医学理念为指导的病理学教学改革效果,探讨医学生在基础医学教育阶段进行转化医学理念培养的意义。方法通过回顾性分析2012~2015级临床医学专业学生病理学考核成绩,结合转化医学调查问卷,观察以理论授课、三明治教学方法、开放性综合实验等教学改革措施的教学成果。结果 2012~2015级临床专业学生病理学考核成绩具有明显升高趋势,学生认可病理学教学改革,并提出了建议。结论在医学基础教育阶段开展转化医学教育具有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the teaching reform of pathology guided by the concept of translational medicine and to explore the significance of training of translational medicine in the stage of basic medical education.Methods By retrospectively analyzing the results of pathological examinations of clinical medical students of grade 2012~2015 and combining with translational medical questionnaires,the results of teaching reform measures such as theoretical teaching,sandwich teaching methods,open comprehensive experiments were observed.Results There was a significant increase in the scores of pathology examination for grade 2012~2015 clinical students,and the students approved the reform of pathology teaching and put forward some suggestions.Conclusion It is of great significance for undergraduates to develop translational medicine education in the stage of basic medical education.
