摘要
目的探讨微信辅助教学在神经外科专科医师培训中的应用及效果。方法纳入研究对象为第二军医大学第一附属医院神经外科2013~2016级神经外科专科医师培训学员20名,随机分为实验组和对照组各10名。实验时间为2016年9月~2017年6月。实验组学员进行微信群及公众号平台辅助下的教学,对照组采用常规教学法。考核内容为学员的理论知识及动手能力。数据分析方法为t检验及描述性统计学方法。结果实验组的操作能力、理论成绩及科研成绩均高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。实验组学员在教学满意度及兴趣性方面高于对照组。结论将微信群及公众号平台与常规教学进行结合,从知识传输、动手能力、科研拓展及调动学员积极性方面均得到了良好效果。
Objective To disscuss the application and efficacy of WeChat group and public platform in specialist training in department of neurosurgery.Methods 20 specialists of neurosurgery from grade 2013 to grade 2016 were divided into the test and control group.The total teaching time was from September 2016 to June 2017.The test group received teaching method united WeChat,and the control received regular teaching method.The satisfaction questionnaires and theoretical exam were performed to evaluate the teachings effect.The statistical analyses used t test and the descriptive statistics.Results The text score of test group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Extent of knowledge broadening of test group was better than the control group.The test group showed more satisfaction and interest in the class.Conclusion The conventional teaching combined with the WeChat group and the public platform showed better efficacy in the preparations before class,review after class,knowledge expansion and enthusiasm.
