摘要
文章提出一种改进型平衡线圈的金属目标探测系统,实现对金属目标的运动状态识别。分析电磁感应金属探测技术方法,对比平衡线圈结构的特点与工作原理,通过平衡线圈输出差分信号变化来判断金属物体的运动状态信息。经实验测试证明,平衡式电磁感应金属探测具有噪声抑制好、灵敏度高的特性,在一定环境下能对金属物体进行可靠检测,通过上位机能有效监控金属物体的运动状态和速度变化。
A metal target detection system based on improved balance coil is proposed to identify the moving state of metal targets.The technology of electromagnetic induction metal detection is analyzed,the characteristics and working principle of the balance coil structure are compared,and the motion state information of the metal object is judged by the change of the differential signal output by the balance coil.The experimental test shows that the balanced electromagnetic induction metal detection has the characteristics of good noise suppression and high sensitivity.It can detect metal objects reliably in a certain environment,and effectively monitor the movement state and speed of metal objects through the upper function.
