文章研究了气相色谱测定脂肪酸甘油酯型鱼油软胶囊中EPA、DHA含量的方法。以正己烷为溶剂制备对照品(鱼油标准物质)及供试样品溶液并进行甲酯化。用气相色谱法分别分析其中的甲酯分析的色谱柱为DB-FFAP毛细管柱(30m×0.250mm×0.25μm),进样口温度250℃,检测器温度270℃,载气为N_2。EPA and DHA含量用外标法计算。EPA、DHA的相对标准偏差RSD分别为0.84%和0.73%,回收率分别为97.44%和100.34%。该法分析速度快捷、准确、重现性好。

In this paper,the determination of EPA and DHA in fatty acid glycerides of fresh oil capsule using GC method was studied.The reference substance(fresh oil standard substance)and the sample were dissolved in n-hexane and methylated.The methyl esters of EPA and DHA in the two solutions were respectively determined using GC instrument with flame ionization detector and DB-FFAP capillary column(30m×0.250mm×0.25μm)on the condition of 250℃injector temperature,270℃detector temperature and N2 as carrier gas.The content of EPA and DHA in the sample was calculated by the external standard method.The relative stander deviation(RSD)of EPA and DHA are 0.84%and 0.73%respectively,and the recoveries of them are respectively 97.44%and 100.344%.The analysis method is fast,accurate and reproducible.
