血府逐瘀汤治疗心血管病的研究进展

Research progress in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases by Xuefu Zhuyu decoction

血府逐瘀汤是中医的经典药方,为清代名医王清任所创,具有活血化瘀的功效,对心肌缺血、冠心病、心绞痛、动脉粥样硬化及血脂异常方面均显著有效。文章对近十余年血府逐瘀汤治疗心血管疾病的临床研究进展进行综述,为中医药治疗心血管疾病及中药的研发及应用提供参考。

Xuefu zhuyu decoction,a classical therapeutic in TCM established byWang Qingren,a famous Chinese medicine doctor in Qing dynasty,which can promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and has a significant efficiency in myocardial ischemia,coronary heart disease,atherosclerosis and dyslipidemia.The article reviews the research progress on the clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases by Xuefu zhuyu decoction,which provides a reference for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases by TCM and the research,development and application of TCM.
