广西民族地区公众参与度研究

Research on public participation in the ethnic regions of Guangxi

在一个以经济的市场化,政治的民主化法治化以及文化的多元化为时代标签的社会里,公众参与度,参与的途径以及参与过程是否有序,会直接影响社会的和谐稳定。近几年,随着改革开放的深入和社会主义市场经济的建立和发展,我国公民权利意识逐渐增强,公民的参与意识、参与能力和水平都大大提高。但是由于我国经济发展不平衡,特别是东西部经济差距较大,再加上我国的公众参与制度不完善,公众参与渠道不明确使得我国的公众参与出现了参与冷漠现象等问题。因此,建构并不断发展完善公众参与渠道及法律制度,是我国民主法治进步的重要标志,同样也是我国需不断努力前进的方向。

In a society marked by the economic marketization,political democratization and legalization,cultural diversification,the degree of public participation,the way of participation,and the participation process will have a direct impact on social harmony and stability.In recent years,with the deepening of reform and open and the establishment and development of the socialist market economy,the Chinese citizen consciousness of civil rights has gradually increased,and the participation consciousness,participation ability and participation level of Chinese citizen have been greatly improved.However,due to the unbalanced economic development of China,especially the large economic disparity between the eastern and western regions,coupled with the imperfect public participation system and the lack of clear public access channels have caused some problems of public participation such as indifference participation etc.Therefore,the construction and continuous development and improvement of public participation channels and legal systems are the important symbols of the development and progress of China's democracy and the rule of law and also are the direction at which China must strive continually.
