摘要
井下压力计和随钻井下环空压力监测仪是目前实现井下压力监测的仅有的两种仪器,但井下压力计仅能起钻后读取数据,延迟较长,无法真实反映当前井下动态,而井下压力计和随钻井下环空压力监测仪费用高昂,又无法实现低成本钻井。因此,为了既要满足降本需求,又要实现钻井中的井下压力测量,提出了一种新的井下压力测量技术,即在接单根时,投入测压微球,循环一周至地面回收,读取测量数据,为后续钻井作业提供参考;同时研制了抗压105 MPa、耐温125℃的泵送式井下测压微球。模拟井试验表明,泵送式井下测压微球内部构件设计合理、测量数据完整;测量数据与上位机配套软件对接正常,初步能满足井下压力测量。泵送式井下测压微球的研制成功将对确保钻井井控安全起到重要的意义。
Up to now there are only two kinds of downhole pressure measurement instruments,downhole memory pressure gauges and Pressure While Drilling( PWD) tools. For downhole memory pressure gauges,the data can be read only after the gauges tripped out of the well,the long delayed data can not truly reflect the dynamic changes downhole. While PWD cost is rather high,not able to help realize low cost drilling. Therefore a new pressure measurement technology is developed,a kind of pressure-measuring microspheres are dropped down through drill string while making connections and recovered for pressure data reading after circulating out of the hole,providing a reference for following up drilling. The microspheres are designed with a compressive strength of 105 MPa and a working temperature of 125 ℃. The simulated well test shows the pressure-measuring microspheres have a proper inner structure design,provide complete measurement data,and be compatible with the software of the host computer,it can meet the requirements of real-time downhole pressure measurement. The successful development of downhole pressure measurement microspheres will play an important role in well control during drilling.
