油库成品油交接计量中的问题与对策

随着我国经济的不断发展,对不可再生资源的消耗数量也越来越大,因此要节约不可再生能源,响应国家可持续发展的号召。成品油作为我国使用量巨大的能源,一定要注意成品油的交接计量工作,这样才能从源头上节约成品油资源。目前,国内成品油分为静态和动态两种计量方式,其中最常见的3种计量方式有:立式金属罐人工交接计量、铁路罐车人工交接计量、质量流量计交接计量。下面结合这些计量方式分析油库成品油交接计量中出现的问题。

With the constant development of economy in our country,the number of consumption of non-renewable resources is also more and more big,so we will save non-renewable energy and response for the sustainable development of national policy.As a huge amount of energy used in our country,petroleum products must pay attention to the transfer and measurement of refined oil products so as to save oil resources from the source.At present,the domestic refined oil can be divided into static and dynamic two kinds of measurement methods,one of the most common three measurement methods are:vertical manual transition metal cans artificial transition measurement,measurement,mass flowmeter measurement.Next,we combine these measures to analyze the problems in the transfer measurement of oil products.
