摘要
阐述了某天然气输气场站埋地管线存在腐蚀情况,从土壤腐蚀率、区域性阴极保护效果、深井阳极等多方面因素考虑,系统地对腐蚀产生的原因加以分析。通过测试数据的对比,得出输气场站深井阳极安装位置对区域性阴极保护的影响,并提出了天然气输气场站设计施工过程中应注意的事项,以避免类似腐蚀情况的发生。
The corrosion of buried pipelines in a natural gas transmission station is expounded.From the aspects of soil corrosion rate,regional cathodic protection effect,Fukai Yogoku and many other factors,the cause of the corrosion of the system is analyzed.By comparing the test data,The influence of the location of deep well anode on the regional cathodic protection is obtained.The matters needing attention in the design and construction of natural gas transmission stations are also put forward to avoid similar corrosion.
