一种SLE换热器能效诊断方法

摘要 抚顺石化乙烯裂解装置主要由原料预热、裂解、急冷、压缩、冷分离、热分离、制冷、废碱氧化、汽油加氢和公用工程等单元组成。SLE换热器入口采用特殊的涡流结构,最大限度地减少换热器压差,避免结焦。为了保证SLE换热器长期稳定运行,减少检修工作,采用能效诊断的方法,监控SLE换热器的工作状况。选用换热效率作为能效诊断评价指标,计算了乙烯裂解装置SLE换热器的换热效率。通过能效诊断方法,可以保证SLE换热器的能效水平。 Fushun petrochemical ethylene cracking plant is composed of feedstock preheating,cracking,quenching,compression,cold separation,thermal separation,cooling,waste alkali oxidation,gasoline hydrogenation,and public works unit.A special turbulence structure is applied to the inlet of the SLE heat exchanger to minimize the pressure difference and avoid coking.The energy efficiency diagnosis method was adopted to monitor the working condition of the SLE heat exchanger and ensure the long-term stable operation of the SLE heat exchanger and minimize the maintenance work.The heat transfer efficiency was used as the evaluation index of energy efficiency.The heat transfer efficiency of the SLE heat exchanger in ethylene cracking unit was calculated.The energy efficiency level of the SLE heat exchanger can be guaranteed by the method of energy efficiency diagnosis.
