摘要
淮南矿区是松软、低透气性、中厚、煤层群开采的典型矿区。淮南矿区所属的顾桥井田面积106.7km2,煤炭资源量18.7×108t。目前,顾桥井田进行瓦斯治理时存在采空区地面抽采难以实施,井下抽采工作量大,难度大,瓦斯超前预抽势在必行。国内外研究和实践证明,利用地面垂直井抽采瓦斯可以提前5~20年解决煤矿开采中遇到的瓦斯抽采问题。为了实现顾桥井田的瓦斯超前预抽,淮南矿业集团决定在顾桥井田开展地面垂直井煤层气超前预抽试验,本文对顾桥井田煤层气井的排采技术进行了分析研究。
Huainan mining area is soft,low permeability,medium thickness,the typical coal mining group mining area.Guqiao mine belongs to Huainan mine area of 106.7km2,coal resources 18.7×108t.At present,there is a problem that the surface pumping of mined-out area is difficult to implement when gas treatment in Guqiao Mine Field,Downhole pumping workload,difficult,gas ahead of the impending impetus.Research and practice at home and abroad proved,Gas drainage by vertical wells in the ground can solve gas drainage problems encountered in coal mining 5 to 20 years ahead of schedule.In order to achieve Guqiao mine gas advanced pre-pumping,Huainan Mining Group decided to carry out in the Guqiao field vertical wells vertical well prepumping test,This paper analyzes the mining technology of Guqiao Minefield CBM well.
