摘要
根据兴隆台采油厂老区油田注水井的注水情况,通过理论研究、室内实验和现场试验,完成了调堵球的研制与注入工艺适应性研究。低成本投球调剖工艺是通过调堵球自主选择坐封在高吸水层的射孔炮眼上,控制高渗层或主力驱油层中"单层突进层"吸水量,提高中低渗层动用程度达到调节吸水剖面的效果,提高注水时效。
According to the injection situation of injection wells in the old oilfield of Xinglongtai oil recovery plant,Through theoretical research,laboratory experiments and field tests,the development of plugging ball and adaptability of injection process were completed.Low cost ball profile control technology is to independently select the perforated hole on the high water absorbing layer by adjusting the ball.To control the water absorption of the“single layer penetration layer”in the high permeability layer or the main drive oil layer,to improve the use degree of the middle and low permeability layers to adjust the effect of the water absorption section and improve the time of water injection.
