摘要
本文主要介绍了氨洗工艺长周期稳定运行的关键控制因素。该技术的控制难点在于酸碱中和反应产物p H值和溶液浓度的控制,控制的精准度直接影响设备的腐蚀情况,为氨洗工艺设计和操控提供参考性建议,也是决定该工艺能否大范围推广使用的关键所在。
This paper mainly introduces the key control factors of ammonia washing process for long period stable operation.The control difficulty of the technology lies in the control of pH value and solution concentration of acid-base neutralization products.The precision of control directly affects the corrosion of the equipment,and provides a reference for the design and control of the process of ammonia washing.It is also the key to determine whether the process can be widely used.
