摘要
近年来,随着气浮技术的普遍应用,油田采出水处理工艺中含油污泥的产量急剧上升,其处置问题随之日益突显。为此曙光油田集输系统着眼于含油浮渣减量化处理,通过采取化学方法,实现含油浮渣中油泥的相分离。本文以液化、浓缩、压滤为核心试验内容,通过对浮渣减化处理设备、工艺、清洗药剂等的研究,来实现曙光油田含油浮渣最大化的减量处理。
The output of oily sludge in the treatment process of oilfield produced water has surged in recent years with the application of air floatation technology,the issue of its disposal becomes more obvious.The oil gathering and dross reduction treatment in Shuguang Oilfield focuses on the phase separation of oil and mud in the dross by chemical method.This paper describes the liquefaction,concentration,pressure filtration in oil dross reduction in Shuguang Oilfield,including the equipment,technology,and cleaning agents of dross reduction treatment.
