新疆油田采出水水质稳定技术

Application of quality stabilization technology for produced water in Xinjiang Oilfield

摘要 以新疆油田采油一厂联合站为例,针对其污水处理及回注系统结垢腐蚀严重等情况做出具体分析,通过对药剂阻垢性能和缓蚀性能进行评价。证明其可以有效控制结垢与腐蚀,使采出水的腐蚀速率与阻垢率能够符合油田的标准。 This article describes the scale and corrosion in the wastewater treatment and reinjection system at the joint station of the oil production plant 1,Xinjiang oilfield and evaluates the scale and corrosion inhibition performance of the chemicals,which are proved to effectively control scaling and corrosion and make the corrosion rate and scale inhibition rate of produced water can meet the standards of oilfield.
