摘要
以全面提高学生综合素质为目的,结合实际课堂教学,从教学内容、教学手段以及考核方式等方面,对工科院校食品标准与法规课程进行探讨。本课程注重学生综合能力的提升,有助于改善学生知识结构,满足社会食品专业型人才的培养需求。
In order to improve the comprehensive quality of college students,the course of food standards and regulations was explored according to the actual class teaching from teaching content,teaching methods and curriculum assessment.This course focuses on the improvement of students’comprehensive ability,and the enhancement ofthe students’knowledge structure,which could meet the training needs of professional talents in food fi eld.
