摘要
该文采取语义学解析法(SD法)从43个描述历史街区空间魅力的词汇中提取出15个具有解释性因子,结合不同人群对历史街区空间魅力认知差异分析,筛选出人文风情体验、历史氛围感知、环境管理绩效三方面共12项历史街区空间魅力评价因子,并对各项因子的空间魅力效应进行解析,从而构建历史街区魅力评价指标体系,为今后历史街区保护与复兴过程中重塑空间魅力提供了引导性指标和参考权重。
In this paper,15 explanatory factors are extracted from 43 vocabularies describing the spatial charm of historical blocks by Semantic Differential method.Combining the cognitive differences from different people,we filter out three types of spatial charm index including 12 factors to evaluate the space charm of historical district.We found that humanity experience plays a major role in historical district space charm evaluation.Through the analysis of the spatial charm factors,we provide a guiding index and reference factor weights for historical street protection and revival planning.
