基于BIM技术的绿色建筑设计方法研究——以珠海市横琴保利国际广场为例 被引量:11

摘要 近年来,随着我国城乡一体化的快速完善,住房建设量也在日益增大。与此同时,环境与资源紧缺的问题也逐年突出,建筑行业对于环境破坏性的影响也愈来愈明显。该文介绍了时下绿色建筑及BIM技术理论的相关概念界定,适用的评估体系,优化原则等。以广东省珠海市横琴保利国际广场为例,运用BIM技术与适用的绿色建筑评估体系相互对应,产生基于BIM技术下的绿色建筑优化方法体系。 In recent years,housing construction is increasing with the rapid integration of urban and rural areas in China.At the same time,environmental problems and resource shortages has been highlighted year by year.Architecture industry has been impacting on the destructive nature of the environment more and more obviously.In this paper,we introduce the concept definition,evaluation system and optimization principle of green building and BIM technology.Taking Hengqin Poly International Plaza in Zhuhai as an example,we illustrate the method of using BIM technology,which correspond with the applicable green building evaluation system,so as to create green building optimization.
