Project Practice of Poly World Trade Center Based on "Symbiosis"

保利世贸中心作为广州琶洲会展区功能最为齐全的综合性会展建筑之一,对于推动琶洲会展商圈及区域配套升级有着非常重要的意义。该项目经历了四期的开发建设,从设计开发到建设完成将"共生"理念贯穿始终,从内部功能联动共生、与城市空间开放共生和时间层面逐步构建共生系统入手进行积极探索,以最终实现其可持续发展的目标。希望"共生"理念下的保利世贸中心设计开发对于今后的综合性会展建筑的设计能有一定的现实意义和借鉴价值。

Poly World Trade Center,as one of the most comprehensive exhibition building in Pazhou exhibition area of Guangzhou,plays a significant role in promotion of Pazhou exhibition area a nd its regional upgrade.The project has gone through four stages of development a nd construction.From design and development to completion of the construction,the concept of the symbiosis consistently applied throughout the project.Through the symbiosis of internal function,symbiosis of urban open space and symbiosis of time,the project gradually lay down the symbiotic system to achieve its sustainability.We hope that the design and development of Poly World Trade Center under the concept of"symbiosis"would be a significant reference on the design of comprehensive exhibition building in the future.
