文化复兴视角下的传统街区城市更新策略——以武汉归元片重点功能区实施性规划为例

The Urban Renewal Strategy of Traditional Block in the View of Cultural Revival: A Case Study on the Implementation Planning of the Key Functional Area in Wuhan Guiyuan Tablet

传统街区的城市更新,通常伴随着突出的社会、经济和文化矛盾,尤其是开发过程中对于经济平衡的诉求,往往以破坏甚至淹没原有的历史文化空间特色为结果。该文以武汉市归元片区的城市更新为例,自2013年片区实施改造以来,以规划到实施的各个层面的经验为基础,探讨了如何以文化复兴的视角,制定片区更新的相关产业、功能、空间等规划策略,同时结合规划实施,将历史文化元素的传承与复兴,作为主导片区开发的重要议题。

Urban renewal in traditional neighborhoods is often accompanied by outstanding social,economic,and cultural contradictions.Especially the pursuit of economic balance often results in destruction of the original historical and cultural spatial characteristics.Taking the urban renewal of Guiyuan District in Wuhan City as an example,based on the experiences from 2013,we try to explore how to formulate industry,functional a nd special strategies from the perspective of cultural revival.Also,combined with the implementation of the planning,we view the inheritance and revival of historical&cultural elements as an important issue in the development of the dominant area.
