摘要
通过四步有机反应合成了一种新型两端为二季铵盐,中间为四苯乙烯生色团的荧光分子S1.通过联用核磁氢谱和碳谱、质谱等分析手段精细地表征了产物的分子结构,并用荧光光谱仪系统研究了S1的聚集诱导发光性能.荧光研究结果显示,当S1的不良溶剂水的分率提高至90%时,其荧光量子产率从0.1增至近1.0,显示出了典型且优良的聚集诱导发光性能.
A new fluorescent molecule S1 with a tetraphenylethylene(TPE)moiety in the middle and two dibenzylammonium ions at both ends was synthesized by four synthetic steps.After full characterization of its chemical structure by hydrogen spectrum-Nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR),carbon spectrum-Nuclear magnetic resonance(13C NMR)and Mass(MS),the aggregation-induced emission(AIE)property of S1 was investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy.The result showed that with the increase of the fraction of poor solvent H2O from 0%to 90%,the fluorescence quantum yield of S1 was improved from 0.1 to about 1.0,displaying a typical AIE property.
